]]>These are some photos from my March 2009 trip to Nepal. Due to some unrest in the outlying areas, I didn't get too far from Kathmandu. However, I did get to fly around the Himalaya range and really close to Everest, and I also got to experience the very lively festival of Holi first-hand.

]]>Wow - what a day...sunshine, fantastic rappel crew (phew!), neat costumes and over $90,000 raised to help disabled kids be able to experience the joy of Camp Shawnigan! Another great job by the gals of the Easter Seals Society and the volunteers!

Over $560,000 was raised to help children with mental and physical disabilities go to camp -- kudos to the Easter Seals Team and all the fundraisers!
