These are some photos from my March 2009 trip to Nepal. Due to some unrest in the outlying areas, I didn't get too far from Kathmandu. However, I did get to fly around the Himalaya range and really close to Everest, and I also got to experience the very lively festival of Holi first-hand.

Your images display a great deal of sensitivity toward the subjects you photographs. And from my experience some of them may be relevant to magazine market as well. Have you ever thought about that? Fortunately, you do not invest thousands, the first photo I sold was taken by a 4Mp Nikon Coolpix. What you really need is to find an appropriate magazine. There are quite a few really good books and websites out there if you go looking. My suggestion is to check one of them – http://www.freelance-market.net – and try a couple magazines until you find out what does the job right for you. And certainly don't be despondent when your images are rejected or not used. After all it’s fun.
